Really amazing stay, as always. Grand old place for a wedding ceremony with nice view of the mountains. Outstandingly accommodating and incredibly kind hotel employees all round. Great and varied breakfast.

The outdoor restaurant had a nice decor. the property's location was unbeatable and magnificent, close to the train station for easy access to Florence or Lucca. - It was conveniently located near the main square in Montecatini, with historical buildings and many good restaurants within walking distance.

The rooms are spacious with clean bathrooms. Its location is amazing, not far from the main square, restaurants, shopping, and places to see in Montecatini Terme.

The food is high quality and rooms are huge!

i wanted to stay till the 25th as i made my reservation and they told me that i have to leave on the 20th..cause a group of people are coming! what the heck is that??

It boasts nice location close to old Montecatini Terme and a popular plaza with many good resturants in walking distance. Also, walking to thermal baths takes 10 minutes.

the hotel is located in a very good loction ' near a nice park not far from the health centers and a few minutes to the rail way station.stuf is mostly help full

very thin walls - any noise is heard from the street and the other rooms ' old sanitary equipment'.

I've had a fine stay on vacation. The breakfasts were rich and magnificent with bacon and also scrambled eggs, couldn’t ask for anything better. I had large, huge room complete with good bathroom and a balcony, for example. The staff were very caring and offered guidance.

The room was stylish and had a great view of the town. the location in a quiet area was perfect, with local markets nearby and free Wi-Fi available.

It's a nicely appointed hotel with exceptionally good breakfast, the location is ideal to the nearby cafe.

being told we could use their permit to park outside the hotel and then pleading with a police officer not to issue us with a parking ticket as the permit was not legal.

The location was marvelous and beautiful, just 5 minutes by foot from the downtown area. the personnel was extremely competent and offered me an immaculately clean and airy room with good-sized comfortable beds. - the shared terrace was great.

beds were very poor,our third bed was a campbed !!!,some staff were very good ,others indifferent.

It is very confortable and convenient, close to the conference location.

This place was well-maintained and my vacation stay here was very positive, thanks to the extremely spacious room with a balcony.
